TOM HOLLOWAY

Seymour Centre is developing a theatrical adaptation of the much‐loved 2017 Stella Prize winning novel, The Museum of Modern Love by Tasmanian writer, Heather Rose.

Set against the backdrop of Marina Abramović’s now legendary performance, The Artist is Present at New York’s Museum of Modern Art, this development workshop provides audiences with the unique experience of being in the room whilst this new play is created, blurring the lines between spectator and artist, fundamental to the work of Abramović and Tom Holloway’s expansion of the work into theatrical form.

Open Rehearsals
8, 9, 11 & 12 January at 11am & 2pm (duration 120 mins)

Audiences are invited to enter at any time and experience how this unusual work is being conceived for the stage.
