The Vanguard is an iconic live music venue located in the heart of Newtown which has played host to Australian and international artists since 2003. Named by broadsheet publications such as The Independent UK as one of the great live music venues of the world, the venue has always punched well above its weight.
The versatility of the space has been the main reason for its success over the years. The venue can host general admission events as well as dinner and show formats. The space can be seamlessly transformed from an opulent, intimate dinner setting to a gritty rock and roll den. COVIDSAFE PROCEDURES
Face masks are mandatory at all Sydney Festival events for all patrons 13 years and older, in line with NSW Government regulations. A face mask is required at all times while inside foyers, theatres and outdoor venues, including during performances.
